Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Employees of Clientele Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents, siblings, and children.
How to enter: (1) Complete registration form at clientelebeauty.com. OR (2) Send email with name, address and phone number to contest@clientelebeauty.com. OR (3) Mail your name, address and phone to: Contest c/o Clientele Inc., 14101 NW 4th Street, Sunrise, FL 33325.
There is no restriction on the number of entries per person. All entries received within a calendar month will be eligible for that month’s drawing.
Entries cannot be returned, become the property of Clientele Inc. and may be used by Clientele Inc. for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.
How to win: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing each month, on or about the last day of the month. The prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and/or fees that may be due as a result of acceptance of the prize.
Additional Terms and Conditions: Clientele Inc. is not responsible for (1) lost, misdirected, misplaced, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, or late entries; or (2) any act, failure to act, or delay regarding the transmitting or processing of entries. Clientele Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend all or any portion of this contest without notice if factors beyond its control, including technical difficulties, disrupt or corrupt the fair or secure administration or operation of the contest. Clientele Inc. is entitled to interpret these rules as needed and its decisions are final.
